From assisting the R&D team in turning key new product developments into reality, to promptly supporting the entire team and clients with his strong operational background, his impact was certainly deep and wide.
Richard’s dedication and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in shaping the company to the level that is today .
As he turns the page to an exciting new chapter of his life, we wish him continued success, fulfillment, and adventure ahead - including plenty of good luck with fishing! 😊

SBO held its Technology Day on 28 October 2025 at the Sofitel Al Khobar, in collaboration with Saudi aramco’s Drilling Technical Department.
In October, DSI, Dubai, held an intensive in-house training program, welcoming technicians from our ECI region agents: Anne-Marie and Herman Boer (Brandes, The Netherlands), Graeme Will (SBD, UK), and Jonas Uggedal (TFS, Norway).
