Geothermal Workshop in Khobar, Saudi Arabia
Yasser Atallah, our Regional BD Manager – MENA, had the pleasure of attending the Geothermal Workshop held in Khobar, Saudi Arabia from June 22–24.
Organized by AAPG and EAGE, and sponsored by Aramco, SLB, Baker Hughes, and TAQA, the event gathered 82 experts across geology, geophysics, and academia. Key sessions covered:

SBO held its Technology Day on 28 October 2025 at the Sofitel Al Khobar, in collaboration with Saudi aramco’s Drilling Technical Department.
In October, DSI, Dubai, held an intensive in-house training program, welcoming technicians from our ECI region agents: Anne-Marie and Herman Boer (Brandes, The Netherlands), Graeme Will (SBD, UK), and Jonas Uggedal (TFS, Norway).
