PBL Bypass System helps in Pakistan
Operator Saves rig days by successfully pumping LCM to cure losses
An E&P company was drilling a well in the northern Punjab region of Pakistan. While drilling, mud losses were encountered in the 12 ¼- and 8 ½-in. hole sections.
The Operator was advised to use PBL® which helped curing the losses and reestablish the circulation.
SBO held its Technology Day on 28 October 2025 at the Sofitel Al Khobar, in collaboration with Saudi aramco’s Drilling Technical Department.
